APP performs Inspections of all returned equipment at no charge. The purpose of this “Incoming” inspection is to determine any shipping damage, assess the overall condition of the machine, and then see if we can quickly determine a corrective action for all reported customer issues.

Upon completion of this inspection, APP can then provide a quote for the service work, recommended upgrades to programming (software), safety or performance options (hardware) and all work required (preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, adjustments). APP may, upon review of the condition, also recommend a complete rebuild or a new machine if the machine is obsolete, in very poor condition, or based on safety or performance, recommend a better suited machine.

If you wish to have APP provide this free service, please complete the attached Return Form and please attempt to list all issues that you have been experiencing. We have also included as an attachment a “How To” document so the machine can be returned reducing the opportunity for shipping damage.

APP suggests that you use our “Help” section to first diagnose and resolve any issues, but if you wish to simply return the machine and have us access the machine, we look forward to receiving it and providing a fair estimate for the work required.
