Block hours to be purchased in advanced for phone call support. Support will be billed to the next quarter-hour.

APP requires an online purchase order prior to performing phone support.

Customers who purchase poly bags from Advanced Poly receive a 50% minimum discount on phone support. Also, if you purchase all of your poly bags from Advanced Poly, you would also benefit from parts and service discounts, rebate programs and special pricing offers.

NOTE: Not every case can be resolved during one or more phone conversations. You may be asked to return the machine to Advanced Poly to resolve the issues. After the repair, Advanced Poly may also recommend preventive service work (replace worn items, clean, adjust, update programs). There is a $500 minimum for returned equipment which covers uncrating, incoming inspection, diagnostic inspection, repair estimate.

Details

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, Advanced Poly will be charging for phone support to assist in service / support expenses. Since Advanced Poly has elected to keep our service / support team working even though they are not currently traveling to customer sites for installations, training and service, the limited-time revenue will offset our costs. We fully anticipate that we will return to free phone support when the risks subside and we return to a fully operational service center. Advanced Poly is also offering videos instead of onsite training and installation and is increasing our help documents to assist customers during this time.
