Info - Advanced Poly supplies bags for various non-sterile medical applications which require special attention to cleanliness of the bags. While our production facility should be considered an industrial plant, we follow a strict medical checklist which includes cleaning the work surfaces, rollers and other bag contact surfaces. We also use poly sideplates and poly wrap each roll to keep the bags as clean as possible.

Info – Bags produced by Advanced Poly are not hermetically sealed and should not be used for food applications that require a long shelf-life. We add EVA for frozen food applications to increase the strength of the seals and offer various higher barrier films. Double bottom seals, wider sideseals and various FDA films are offered. Samples are available upon request for your evaluation and testing.
