(APP) recommend that customers purchase and prepay for Service, taking advantage of the highest discounts available for both the service visit and also parts throughout the contract period. APP Service Contract / Maintenance Agreemnent is quoted and pricing varies widely based on the equipment list, customer location, condition of the equipment, age of the equpment and number of cycles per year. Service Contract Terms and Conditions: A "typical" service contract includes the following, but APP will tailor each contract to the needs of the customer. Duration of maintenance contract: 1 year Free 24/7 phone support for the first 30 days after receiving the equipment. Bag customers will receive a 50% parts discount. Bag customers will receive a 50% mileage discount. Bag customers will receive a 50% discount on travel labor. Bag customers will receive a 50% discount on on-site labor. All customers will receive an additional 5% prepayment discount for the maintenance contract. Equipment warranty will be extended from 1 year to 2 years (and possibly longer based on material usage for bag customers).
