Model US-5000 offers an economical semi-automatic bagging solution which almost guarantees perfect counts per bag.  The system simply cannot cycle unless the weigh-counts are within the programmed weight/count range. 

Model US-5500 is our "kit", semi-automatic solution which walks the operator through the steps to build a perfect kit of parts.  Lights indicate which part to load and the screen provides the required count, and for each component, the exact count must be reached before loading the next componet in the kit. 

Leaving the best for last (in this list at least), is our "UCS" Combination Parts Counting, Parts Weighing System which offers the highest level of versatility and accuracy.  For bulk bagging, switch to scale mode.  For smaller counts, switch to count mode.  For high value items, turn on the check-weigh function to count and check-weigh each batch before bagging your parts.  This highly versatile feeding system is our latest automatic feeding system.
