Our T-1000 Models continue to be our most popular bagger due to their high configurability and automation capabilities.  With over 30 years of continuous improvements and thousands of successful applications, it’s no wonder.  Due to the success of this long-lasting design, we have not strayed from our initial mission to make the bagger rugged, easy to operate and simple to maintain.     

The T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger™ can be configured for numerous applications such as fasteners or fastener kits, plumbing or plastic molded parts, pipe and other fittings, spare parts and supplies, electrical components and many more components.   The list of our successful applications is endless. 

Since the mechanisms, many of which have been protected by patents, are so long-lasting, we simply only upgrade the controls, interfacing and electronics so the bagging system retains the highest level of technical advantages.  Designed for ease of troubleshooting, the machine tells you what’s wrong even before you start troubleshooting.  Fast changeovers are possible with recipe management which is built in as a standard feature. 

Sustainability was built in before the word existed, with our energy conservation functions, teflon shield and no scrap change-overs.   

Safety has always been paramount in our original designs and optional safety features.  Light safety curtains, emergency stop circuits, dual palm buttons, antijam device, low pressure systems and soft-start options are easily configurable based on your application needs. 

Feature rich, all T-1000 configurations come standard with built in bag counters, production data recording and external networking abilities.
