Ultra-Feed 3000 Series Bulk Loading Systems, also referred to as "Pre-Feeders", boosts automation by minimizing operator intervention.  Large hoppers keep the system running longer with improved consistency.  For longer runs or large bulk bags, Advanced Poly offers three bulk feeding systems, specifically designed for: Lighter products, Medium weight products, or Heavy or Sharp Products. 

For lighter products, model UF-3020 Hopper/Conveyor was designed for lighter product.  This hopper/conveyor bulk feeding system incorporates a large hopper, mounted directly to our cleated compartment incline conveyor.  This simple and durable conveyor feeds bulk product to our parts counters, scales or sorting tables eliminating the need to constantly stop and replenish product for bagging.    

For medium to heavy weight products, model UF-3040 incorporates a Vibratory Feed Pan which bulk feeds product onto the cleated compartment incline conveyor, but without the weight of the bulk product resting on the conveyor.   

For heavy weight, sharp or oily products, model UF-3060 features heavy duty steel buckets which elevate the product from the bulk hopper vertically to the parts counter or weigh-count scale.  This virtually indestructible bulk feeding conveyor has no issues feeding sharp screws or similar products which would otherwise destroy the feeding system.
