ST-1000 Automatic Counter Version Towel Inspection and Bagging System (Counter, Long Conveyor Version)

ST-1000 Counter Version, Towel Inspection and Bagging System incorporates a bulk hopper which feeds towels onto a “pick” conveyor, where they are separated from bulk and transported to the inspection conveyor. Towels are inspected and separated on the inspection conveyor so they can be automatically counted. Towels accumulate on the inspection conveyor until the bagger is ready to receive towels and when ready, they fed into the bag until the final count is reached. The bag, that is held open for loading, shakes to settle the towels before being sealed and dropping onto a takeaway conveyor.
