BF-4000B Automatic Box Filling System

BF-4000B Automatic Box Filling System counts bags as they fall from the discharge end of a takeaway conveyor, into a bin or carton. Bins/ cartons feed along a conveyor until it is positioned to receive bags from the end of a conveyor. Once the count has been reached an accumulator closes, the carton is released down the conveyor, and another empty bin/carton is pushed into the loading position. The system can be configured to feed a range of bin or carton sizes with varying length conveyors.
