BB-10 Bag Blow Off Assembly - Strips bags from the seal area with a burst of air, for faster packaging of lighter products.
BF-10 Bag Deflator (Sponge) - Sponge type deflator decreases the amount of air in the bag before sealing. Features: Sponge pad w/ back plate, depth adjustment for various product thicknesses. Note: Sponge may deteriorate during normal use (normal wear) causing particulate matter. Use the rubber loop version for medical or other clean room applications.
LC-10 Light Safety Curtain - Light curtain acts as a safety device to reverse the pressure seal bar and stop the cycle operation if an object passes through the detection field. Includes: Light Safety field eyes mounted to the guard, interface cables to the T-1000, light screen controller with safety relay, option enabled in the PLC. Note: Optional trailing edge signal available to automatically cycle bagger when object or hand leaves light curtain field for hands-off packaging. This option increases production up to 40% versus footswitch or dual palm button operations.
LS-10 Load Shelf (10 x 2) - 2” Wide, Adjustable Height Pneumatically Operated Support Shelf provides support for heavier packages. Note: Minimum bag length – 6”. Suggested for bags sizes from 6” to 16” in length. LSS-10 Short Bag Load shelf is required for bags shorter than 6” in length.
