ST-1000 Automatic Weigh-Count Towel Bagging System (Long Scale Version)

ST-1000 Scale, Long Conveyor Version, Towel Bagging System is APP’s top pick for towel inspection and bagging. A bulk hopper feeds towels onto a “pick” conveyor where they are separated from bulk and transported to the inspection conveyor. On the inspection conveyor, towels can be inspected as they are weigh-counted. When the final weigh-count has been reached, the conveyor feeds them into a bag that is held open for loading. The bagger shakes and seals the bag, dropping the finished bag onto a takeaway conveyor. The Scale Version can run at double the speed of the Counter Version, but can also be slowed down when inspection is critical. The Operator can also manually cycle the system, taking as long as needed to confirm that the towels meet your quality requirements. The Scale Version also improves fully automatic operations as the counts are more consistent.
