SSV-10 Soft-Start Safety Valve (used on all T-1000 models) Soft Start Valves add a layer of safety to pneumatic systems by gradually raising the initial air pressure within the system. The valve also provides for a quick exhaust of the air to cutoff air with greater response. Depending on the application for our systems (manual loading directly into the bag, loading through a funnel, or automatic loading), safety must be assessed and Advanced Poly provides the safety options necessary to reduce risks of injury. When coupled with our LC-10 Light Safety Curtain which activates the air shutoff, or our ES-10 E-Stop Assembly which also cuts off power to the valve, for instance, risks are significantly reduced.
