- Returns & Replacements
- APPI accepts returns easily for warranty or defective material. We ask that you contact your APPI sales representative in order to receive an RMA.
- Ordering
- APPI requires customers to place parts orders through the site to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors. However, configurable products such as bags or equipment will require the help of one of our expert customer service representatives. Your quote can then be provided and you can order online.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payment methods are listed at checkout. Customers who already have an account established with APPI are still able to use a purchase order number to place orders. Payment will be due within your usual terms with APPI. Credit card is also accepted and is covered by our Privacy Policy.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders are available to be viewed directly on the site. You will also receive emails regarding order confirmation, shipment, cancellation, or holds where an order requires more information to be processed.
- Updating Account Information
- As an Ecommerce site, APPI does use a software system to hold account information. If you have updates to your account regarding billing address or other vital information, please contact APPI. Your password, email, and personal account information can be updated through the site.
