Advanced Poly is pleased to launch our new website! While we will be making improvements to our machinery help topics, documents and downloads, we are launching the site with the ability to login, search for parts, ribbon, options and accessories and also learn about our machinery.
While you can search for local service centers, we suggest calling our Service Dept first since we resolve over 90% of the issues over the phone! All Service Centers offer factory trained technicians who have visited factory in Akron, Ohio, or Gloucester, UK for training in troubleshooting, adjustments, replacement of defective components and preventive maintenance.
We hope to make your experience even better! From parts to machines to ribbon and bags, we hope to provide you with the ability to request pricing, place orders, track your orders and place reorders. We hope to serve you with all the things you need to make your company's packaging operations more efficient, starting with our new website!
