Model US-6000 Netweigh-Counting Conveyor Scale provides greater flexibility for larger products, products that interconnect or products that are difficult to load into a poly bag. The conveyor provides for bulk bag loading but since the conveyor is narrow, the bag is actually trickle-fed to avoid jamming or other bag loading issues.
The powered conveyor scale can be fed manually or with a bulk hopper feed system (quoted separately). An operator can verify the final weight/count and if necessary "fix" the final count and cycle the scale. Bagging is fully automatic to allow the scale to continually be fed while the prior bag is being processed. Accuracy settings prohibit the cycle operation if out of the weight/count range.
With several scale load cells available the US-6000 can be configured specifically for your range of products and it is perfectly integrated with the T-1000 bagger through the HMI and auxiliary connections. This model features a flat conveyor.
