DO NOT USE - USE TS-RepairHours Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc (APP) has a team of expert technicians who can diagnose and repair APP equipment at our Akron, Ohio facility. Advanced Poly encourages customers to return the equipment to APP for extensive work to the equipment or upgrades/options which are difficult to install in the field. Additionally, the cost of returning the machine is normally a fraction of the cost of a factory service visit. If an APP Authorized Service Center is currently servicing your equipment, APP may recommend the return of the equipment if, based on the complexity of the work or the extent of service, the work exceeds the capabilities of our Service Network. Upon return to APP, we will perform an Incoming Inspection to identify the Machine Model Number, Serial Number, Condition and Missing Component. We will then review the customer reported problems to diagnose and resolve the issues. APP may also recommend and quote further PM work based on the condition, cycles and general operation. When all repair / service has been performed, APP will fully describe the work performed and will provide a list all parts used. After speaking with our Service Dept, please return the equipment to: Advanced Poly,220 Ascot PkwyCuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 . Please ensure the equipment is prepared for shipment to avoid any shipping damage. *Note Due to the time of a service technician performing the inspection, diagnosis, warehousing space, and the quote process, there will be a minimum 2 hour charge for the inspection of equipment should you choose not to proceed with the repair.
