CF-10 Counting Funnel
Programmable counting function enabled in T-1000 to count parts, then automatically initiate the bagger cycle operation when the final count is reached. For continuous feeding operations, an accumulator is also required (sold separately).
Features:
• Final count from 1 to 99,999 accurate detection of smaller components of at least 1/4"
• minor gaps in detection field (less than 1/4")
• Interface cables to bagger
• Sample PLC function
• Stainless steel housing to reduce light
• Mounting to standard funnel
• Infrared photo emitter & receiver.
*Note: Sample parts should be sent to APPI for testing to confirm photo eyes and accuracy of counts. Accumulating Funnel required if continuously feeding parts.
