The Pick-to-Light sensor is an ergonomic alternative to a footswitch. Designed to eliminate hand, wrist, and arm stress, the no-contact optical sensor creates a safer and faster bagging operation. LED illuminated base indicates that the machine is ready (green) to be cycled, flashes (green) when in cycle, and is off when the bagger is not available to be cycled or is in a setup mode. If an error condition exists, the touch screen will display the actual error message such as “Waiting for Labels”, “Jam Detected”, “Air Supply not Connected” or “Out of bags”. Once the condition is cleared, the temperature is Ready and the bagger is place in a Run mode, the Green LED will be illuminated indicating a production “go” status.ors on the system.
