Advanced Poly encourages customers to return the equipment to APP for extensive work, upgrades, added options or custom programming.
The cost of returning the machine is often a fraction of the cost of a service visit.
Upon receipt of your equipment, APP will uncrate the machine and perform an Incoming Inspection. The incoming inspection identifies the Machine Model Number, Serial Number, General Condition, Missing Component and Shipping Damage. We will also perform initial diagnostics to provide an initial estimate for the repairs, upgrades or requested work. APP may also recommend and quote further PM work based on the condition, cycles and general operation.
To cover the costs of uncrating, inspections and diagnostics, APP charges a rate of $500 per machine. APP may charge additional for crating (if your crate was damaged or insufficient), additional for warehouse fees (if you do delay approving the work based on our estimate). Abandoned machinery (not picked up from APP over 12 months from the date of the estimate or completion of the repairs) may become the property of APP based on the costs of extended warehouse and storage fees or the cost of repairs.
