Since we have more than doubled our capacity, our production and our lead times for bags and systems has reduced significantly with many machines shipping the same day from our “Quick Ship” inventory..
Our new “home” for the Machine Division offers a modern 57,000 sq. foot warehouse and state of the art electronics and machine assembly areas.

Updates from Clean 2019
Advanced Poly's Sales Team, led by Paul Orosz, have recently returned from a very successful trip to Clean 2019 where they demonstrated APP's ST-1000 Towel Bagging System, as well as the T-375 Tabletop Bagger/Printer, and the T-1000 Advanced Poly Bagger System.
Due to the increasing efficiency in our processes, Advanced Poly Packaging is extending the cut-off time for online ordering from 2:00 PM (EST) to 3:00 PM (EST). Any order for in stock products placed online by 3:00 (EST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Customers will now have extra time to review the extensive catalog of parts and ribbon supplies and make their selections, and still be assured of same-day processing.
Advanced Poly Packaging - Updates from Fastener Fair USA 2019
The opening of Fastener Fair this year featured a Motown Party at the GM Renaissance Center (@FastenerFairUSA). This welcome reception/networking event was the kick-off for this annual show featuring 25 exhibitors representing manufacturers, suppliers, and testing labs.
Advanced Poly visits Detroit for the first time! But we are no strangers to Fastener shows. Our largest market is fasteners as well as hardware kits, smaller bulk fasteners packaging and general parts packaging. Our product line has developed over the years by improvements to ruggedness, accuracy, and performance without sacrificing safety. In Detroit, we showcased our long-standing systems for this industry demonstrating fully automatic systems as well as hand-loading systems to meet the requirements for large and smaller bagging operations. We also emphasize the need for variety in bagging operations since most customers package in very short runs AND very long runs. Our various systems can accommodate both and everything in between.

Advanced Poly is adding content on a daily basis to further assist customers with becoming self-sufficient with our products. For instance, we are adding dimensional drawings as attachments to parts so you can confirm that you are ordering the correct part. How To documents are being added so assist with part replacement, adjustments, settings and software setup. Manuals (current versions and earlier versions) are being added with free downloads, based on the model and serial number of your machine. Techncial data is being updated to further assist you with making the correct choices with our products.
